Sports Who foresaw a Real Madrid win?

I didn't get the chance to watch this game; my better half convinced me to go for dinner (on her bill). Nonetheless, my friends were brave enough to bet on a win for Juventus. As much as this wasn't far-fetched, I had a feeling that Madrid's striking force was going to prove ovewhelming for The Old Lady. No team in history has ever won the CL twice in a row. We'll have to wait and see if RM can repeat this fete next year. Of course it is clear who's going to win the Ballon D'or.

I opted to abstain from this game for the simple reason that it was very unpredictable. Juventus had managed to eliminate a highly-scoring Monaco and so it was easy to say that RM was going to have it rough.

We aren't even talking about the game now; now the argument has moved to whether or not Ronaldo deserves to win the Ballon D'or. It even makes sense to bet on whether or not he's going to win it (eventually).
