Keno & Lottery What happens in a Keno draw?

Hey guys. This may seem like a stupid question but I would like to know what exactly happens in a keno draw. Can anyone tell me?

The chances of a Keno draw are really low especially when you consider the number of ways in which the house is able to draw 20 balls. I even doubt if this has ever happened in the game's history.

It doesn't sound like Keno has a high win rate, does it? I have never played this game either but I'm always willing to try out and learn new games as long as there is a good chance of winning eventually.
