Since team play relies on the law of large numbers and a large combined bankroll to win, protocols for play are meticulously designed and tailored to the game rules and conditions offered.
The most important team attribute is integrity which makes comfort among members slow to evolve. The team may give you 10,000-20,000 for a weekend of play and all the other members need confidence that you played correctly and the results are as they occurred.
The easiest attribute to confirm is the players technical ability. We have elaborate certification processes for that.
Other attributes such as a players persona that makes it harder for surveillance to determine they are playing with an advantage are also important. All players are not suited for all roles.
Trips to various areas are scheduled monthly. Sessions are reported to team manager, and for all to see, via messaging immediately upon leaving a table.
A public venue is not the place for a detailed description of "how we play". Sorry.
