Horse & Dog Sticking to a plan

We have all probably heard of the old adage that calls patience a virtue and I see this being very appropriate in horse and dog racing.

The biggest mistake that those starting out make is trying to bet week in week out and exploring a new plan where an old one has failed.

Others will try to bet on too many horses, make a combination of bad bets or place wagers on the wrong races. In my view, it pays to stick to a well-researched plan and remain consistent all the time.

When I was starting out on horse racing, I'd get excited by the prospect of a new horse winning the race all the time and so initially, most of my bets were done without much thought.

Players often make mistakes but in the course of doing that, they get to understand that sticking to a plan is very important.

Oh but it is so hard when you are there and caught up in the moment and the excitement of it all sometimes though.
When the heart gets pumping it is easy to think "one more"
