Have you ever heard of someone falsely being accused of something, like cheating, and getting banned from the casino? Maybe they were winning too much and the casino didn't like it?

This is one of those things with such a gray area because every casino reserves the right of admission. In fact, I think any casino can just deny you entry without giving any reason.

Casinos reserve the right of admission and they are never compelled to give a reason for doing so. It is just akin to the way any other business can refuse to serve a customer for no apparent reason. However, it would be alarming if these reasons were based on things like religion or gender.

How would a casino justify that a particular player is/was cheating? If you study a particular system and develop a strategy that makes you win, how then does the casino decide to ban you (as the player?). Unfortunately, a person can't do much even when the ban isn't justified.

Unfortunately none, as they said casino can do almost whatever they want.
Simply they own the establishment, yes you can appeal and you can even escalate the situation to court.
Then the question is how long can you play tug of war? from a establishment that will more resource from you?

I think appealing a ban is a total waste of time. A casino will not just ban a player if there's going be a ripple effect. Take a scenario where a well-known person who's a regular is banned. The ripple effect could be his friends rebelling and settling for another casino. That will definitely not look good for any establishment.
