Ever won more than the max allowed from a free chip?

I am a member of a few online casinos, and often get free chips to play with. They always have terms attached of course, they usually say that the max you can cash out from one is a certain amount.

How gutted would you be if you won a huge amount off a free chip and couldn't cash it out?!

I am not fond of playing online but even when I do, there is always something else serving as a distraction.

Why would a player be unable to cash out a win in such circumstances?
