General Did you know that Arkansas has some strange gambling laws?

I read somewhere that it wasn't legal to gamble in Arkansas which isn't totally true. No municipalities can authorize gambling except within the mores of the laws. There is online gambling there though, and lots of it. There you can file a claim in court to recover gambling debts. Is that strange or are there more laws like that in this country?

I have always wondered whether people in places where gambling is illegal can still access the various online platforms and the fact is that in some places, gambling is only illegal in the brick and mortar casinos. Gambling laws differ all over the world and I agree that we have really strange ones out there.
