It's a great book- I recommend it. Also, you can try Harrington on Hold Em. It's not the newest poker book you will find but it features some of the fundamentals of the game. However, I recommend focusing on other aspects of improving your game- like watching videos of session replays from experienced players or even better hiring a coach for 1 vs. 1 coaching. This way he will show you your leaks and how to improve them. However, this is for people with some experience. If you are just starting- videos are your best best. You can find plenty of them for free on youtube.
