General Appealing a casino ban

We very well understand a casino's digression in as far as admission is concerned. What happens when a player is banned but he/she feels that this has been unfairly done? Is there a way to appeal?

In some places, I think you can appeal such a ban. I've heard of arbitration bodies that look into such issues. I don't think I'd start appealing a ban unless I really felt misjudged or discriminated against. The best thing is always to move on to the next one.

It's never worth the hassle. Even if you made your case known and the ban was lifted, how would it feel going into the same casino with the full knowledge that you aren't needed/wanted? Move on to the next one.

Now if you want to appeal, that is a probability.
But chances are you will have frustrating run against them.

Its not federal crime but they treat it as a crime, in movies you even get beaten for it.

I'm really liking the last part of your post. Do you think beating people in the movies is a way of discouraging this strategy in the real world? I still believe that there are countless people who count cards and still get away with it.
