This is for anyone who has seen "Ozark" on Netflix.

At the end of season 1, Del Rio got his head blown off after agreeing to partner up with the local poppy farmers to distribute heroin through different distribution channels.

Here's the wager: Will Del Rio get replaced by another Mexican on his level in season 2, or will a big city American mob step in because riverboat gambling will be involved?

If I were a betting man....................I would put 50 bucks on the latter. How about you?

I would put my 50 bucks on the American mob also. It makes more sense with riverboat coming to have an American mob involved instead. Now will the drug cartel come back in another season? I'd have to put another 50 bucks on them coming back in season 3.

I don't think the cartel will leave entirely, but they won't have as much of a presence as they did in season one. Knowing Marty, he'll broker deals between the mob, the cartel and the local poppy farmer. He's good at that.

But you may be right, they may wait till season 3 for the downsizing of the cartel.

Sounds like the right bet to me! And you can pretty much guarantee that the drug cartel will come back another season! Can anyone say, Pablo Escobar? We are just in another series of bad guys in this country. Wonder who the top dog is now?
