Is there a chance that online casinos at times allow underage players to gamble? My thinking is that age verification may not be so easy to implement in most of these sites.

Yes I think there is a good chance that underage players could open accounts merely by lying, but when they come to cash out any winnings, they will find that they are asked to provide ID. At which point they may come unstuck!

There are reasons why certain sites such as gambling sites have age restrictions, and that needs to be respected.

I would say it would serve someone right if they opened an account when they shouldn't have and then couldn't cash it out.

Even with such a kind of verification, I still believe that there are certain loopholes. For instance, how can a site clearly tell that email images are from the real owner.

There will definitely be a few kids who will want to try to cheat the system.

Yes, I guess you're right. I suppose there's nothing stopping a younger person using the passport of their older brother / sister at the same address.
But that would mean they needed to start off by using someone else's bank card.

I guess the casinos' way to ID people isn't perfect, but I don't know what more they could do.
