Australia has produced a study about problem gamblers that are also seeking treatment for mental illnesses. It says they often occur together. I don't think I believe that to be true. I don't see myself as mentally ill. How about you guys?

I don't think that a gambling problem is a mental illness either. I know that some let their gambling get out of control and do seek help for it though. Calling it a mental illness is a bit much in my opinion.

You seem normal to me. Do you have a problem with gambling?

So they are talking to people who already have a mental illness along with a gambling problem? Well of course the two go hand in hand in this case......that's how they were picked! How gullible do they think we are?

Walk into any random Gamblers Anonymous meeting and THEN see if there is a correlation.
