Sports What's the closest you've come to an accumulator

I don't often bet on football, but I do sometimes put 1.00 on an accumulator bet where you pick 15 games playing that weekend and if they all come in you win a HUGE amount.
I was four away once. But that's the best I ever did.

I have won in this way before and it so happened that I picked around 10 games on that weekend. It has never happened and I guess I was very lucky to win once.

Lately, I only prefer to get three or so selections because there is a higher chance of winning.

I am always intrigued by those accumulator bets. I've never actually known anyone who's done well on them though!
