A blackjack player who has been playing and losing all evening is glaring at his hand. The dealer coughs.
"Sir, it is traditional to tip the dealer."
"Listen." said the disgruntled player, staring at his fifteen, "When I get bad cards, it's not the dealer's fault. When I get good cards, the dealer had nothing to do with it either, so why should I tip?"
The dealer said, "When you eat out, you tip the waiter, don't you?"
"Yes."
"He serves you food, I'm serving you cards. You should tip me."
'Sure, but the waiter gives me what I ask for. I'll take a six.'
