Sports Did you win your first bet?

I know I did, and it was what got me more into betting in the first place. @edmond said the same thing in the thread about what sport you first bet on. So how many people did win their first bet, and if you didn't what brought you back to betting?

I didn't win my first few bets and of course this got me discouraged. Sports betting is something you can do on the go and as much as I didn't want to continue, my friends kept placing wagers and winning. I came back and won and never looked back, only that I bet less nowadays.

Like Zohan, it took me a couple of bets before I won anything as far as sports go. For a while, it discouraged me, but once I got my first one I was ecstatic.

The very first time I went into a casino I played slots for about an hour and I won quite a substantial amount of money. That got me hooked and ever since then I'm a regular at our local spot.

I haven't had much experience with betting in sport, but I would like to learn more about it. So far my wins have only come from Blackjack and Poker mainly.

I made a string of losses when I first started gambling and betting in sports. I think that the major reason for this was that I didn't have the right information and I was relying a little too much on luck.

Saldina, I wish I had your luck when it came to my first bet, really the first couple of bets. It took a while before I won anything.

I am one of those people who got lucky at the beginning but then found it harder and harder to maintain that lucky streak as time went on.

Niall49, I think we've all had problems maintaining any win streak in gambling, especially in the beginning. I think that losing shouldn't bring you down too much and instead help you learn.
