Poker Where Do You Play?

I play Poker at Pokerstars and I 've been playing for a number of years. I only play on the smaller tables but this brings it's on issues such as dumb asses playing every hand like they have a running flush... so you have to pick your moments to play. However I like PS because it's easy to find your way around the software and I've never had issues with payouts. Oh!. I play Hold em but mainly Omaha Hi/Lo. Where do you play and why?

When I played I did on 888poker just because I felt there were many more gamblers on there that play like mad on lower stakes than pokerstars, where IMO you can find more players willing to learn and play good, basically 888 was funnier because the ammount of gamblers that played a top pair going almost all in was higher, when you find players like that you just wait ur moment as you said and take their money xDD

Yess but its because I live in Spain and with new laws we can only play within Spain, so theres no one playing Omaha maybe 1 or 2 tables and most of the time they are empty xD

Low stakes tables at pokerstars. (Zoom)Fold fold fold till I get the cards I need. Then if the flop is good. Go time. That works excellent! !

But like you say some players ...pff

Hi Denzie, I struggle with Zoom and I dont really know why... I think I maybe try and play too many hands (which I dont do in normal Poker).

I only play my selection of hands. Any others I fold. So zoom saves me tons of time. I really love it. And I never bet much preflop. Unless AA or KK . I need to have something on the flop or I check/fold . But when I do got a good hand or even the highest possible. ....then try to milk that opponent as much as possible. Coz it low stakes there are a lot of bluffer's and that's what I need. Sometimes it takes me 30min to an hour. But I roll in that cash.

At the high stakes it's a total different game. But you don't see 6 players go all in preflop also. Lol

I have gone back to playing my normal range of hands and over the last 3 days have doubled my buy-in every day. I think I was getting caught up in the whole thing and needed to check myself. You have helped me do that, cheers Denzie.

I know people who do really well with poker, and some who have lots bundles. You need to be better than other people or at least carefully choose your opponents.

I mainly play poker online, but when I get around to it I like to visit some of the local casinos in my area. I find that I do a lot better when I'm playing online. I don't know if it's because I can't see my opponent face-to-face or if I'm just more comfortable at home without all of the distractions.

Hi Fiona. I think both of these may be considerations. I find ,online, I bet the cards I have better..and not the opponent, Also,as you say, sat at home with a coffee with out all the blah blah blah is sometimes easier.. but I happen to like the Casino environment too.

I like the environment of the Casino as well. It makes me feel like it's more high stakes that way. I've also played it at home with a group of friends and that's always a good time. I've never tried playing Poker online before. Are there any websites that you can suggest for me to get started on?
