Advantage play When you just can't gamble

Do you often find yourself not having the energy to drag yourself to the casino or taking part in any gambling activity? I use such instances to take a well-deserved break from the game. The thing is, gambling uses a lot of time and engages the mind a lot. Successive trips to the casino will definitely wear you down both physically and mentally (even when on a winning streak). Am I alone in this?

My brain feels tired every time I'm from a gambling contest and I think it is always important to take a break so as to avoid getting addicted. There are a few friends of mine who always frequent the casino and this whole idea of 'taking a break' always sounds like an excuse. In my opinion, this is one of those things that you can't really generalize.

At times you don't have the energy to do anything, and gambling is no exception. People should always use such incidences to take a break and re-evaluate their strategies.

I wouldn't advise staying too long at the casino even if you are winning. Odds are that eventually, you will put back all the money you have won into a machine. I always take my winnings out as soon as I get them and NEVER put them back into a machine. When it's over, it's over.
