Casinos Throwing an event

I've got a couple of friends who over the years have planned a night out at the casino for their birthdays, but what about planning something bigger and more formal?

I've been to Vegas a couple of times, and it always amazes me when you see a full wedding party, all done up to the nines, parading past the tables. I don't know anyone who's had a casino wedding though.

I haven't been to a wedding at a casino but I have been to other events at a casino. They have the big banquet rooms that are perfect for large gatherings. I can see why people would have a wedding at a casino. The rooms are large and usually very nice.

In this respect then, people that have weddings in casinos find the venues more appropriate but do not necessarily love gambling? I've only been to birthday parties in casinos.

When deciding where to throw an event, a Las Vegas Casino type wedding might be appropriate if all guests do not have a problem with it. It also means that there should not be children there in my opinion. Casinos are no place for children under any circumstances.

That is what I think lordcole. The last two events that I went to at a casino in the the banquet room I didn't even gamble. I think that it's just because they have a nice venue.
