Baccarat The dragon bet

What is a dragon bet in baccarat? I've heard this term mentioned a few times that I've played, but I have no idea what it means. Is this something that more experienced players usually bet on?

I have also heard of this bet but from what I have heard, it is a form of side bet that pays 40-to-1 in the event that the total of 7 of the 3 cards the dealer has beats the player. If this does not happen, then the bet loses.

I am also unsure but I suppose this is a kind of bet that's normally the choice for most of the more experienced players.
