Keno & Lottery Should lottery winners ID's be public?

I've seen some lotteries where they say that the winners identities must be disclosed for PR purposes, and others where as long as they can prove their identity to the lottery organisers, it is the winner's choice. Do you think the winners identities should be disclosed? I think with younger winners or ones not good at handling money it does expose them to a lot of extra pressure and personal risk from scammers and people like that when they are dealing with a major life change.

I do not think that a winner's ID should be public. Some people like their privacy and the pressure of being unknown. If you win the lottery, you sometimes get more exposure than you want which could cause a lot of stress.
