Do you think that the lottery sometime make people do ridiculous things? I once saw a lady who had a Go Fund Me account set up because she spent her rent money on lottery tickets. (Go Fund Me shut the account down.)
I don't think the lottery makes people do stupid things. I think some people will do stupid things all on their own, and some of them involve the lottery. It's not a shock that they then ask other people to bail them out, just really entitled.
