General Getting back to winning ways

Have you ever been on a losing streak until all your winnings were depleted? How did you get back to your feet and do you relate to the feeling of hopelessness that characterizes such times? I don't allow myself to suffer more than 3 losses in a row. That's usually my way of going back to the drawing board, and evaluating mistakes. What's usually your way around this?
