Sports Frequencing of betting

How often do you bet? I used to bet almost on a daily basis but realized that I wasn't making much in this way. Nowadays, I only bet during the weekends and at most, twice a week. The more you play, the more you tend to get addicted.

Betting on a daily basis looks like a bad habit (unless its for fun) and almost everyone of us has been there and done that. Placing wagers requires research at times and since I'm normally busy most of the time, I only get to bet over the weekends.

You should try to bet the way a crocodile hunts. A croc will wait patiently for the best kill rather than make many attempts at less than ideal prey.If you do it that way then you will find that your expectancy will rise.

I don't bet as much as I used to, where I'd be betting on about three games a week. Now, I only bet once a week or less.

During the on season for sports, once a week or less frequently. It depends on which games or races are on and whether I've had time to do my research. There's no point in placing a bet if I'm going to have to do it blind. I'll make an exception for a night at the dog racing, placing multiple small bets in a night, but that's more fun than serious betting.

I don't really bet on sports frequently as I'm more into casino games than sportsbetting but I do find that I make bets on average about once or twice a month.

This is a very good analogy. Indeed, you don't bet just because you need to; it's always a waste of your money when you are betting frequently and hoping to win. I guess this is very common when chasing losses.

I only bet about once a week, depending on the sport. If it's a sport where I know more about what's going on, I may bet twice a week.

This is a great topic. It's nice to see how everyone is different in how often they bet. I'd have to say that I bet about twice a month, since I don't keep up with sports often.

I don't really bet on sports as often as I prefer to play in casinos. But when I do, it doesn't happen so often. I think betting daily could become a dangerous habit.

This is a good way of going about it @Tolly. Now that it's the off-season, it is quite hard to find interesting games to bet on. I once had this habit of betting on anything and everything. Over time, a gambler sheds off such bad habits and works on maximizing on profits.

I think it's important to know when to bet and to be specific about the games you prefer to place wagers on. Betting all the time seems reckless and this is a mistake that most gamblers commit when they are starting out.

To me, the frequency of betting isn't so much of an issue, as long as the player is making money out of it. I know people who are always doing this every hour or so. Strategy is of utmost importance and if it results in continuous wins, the better.
