Slots Finding a loose a loose slot machine

All of us are always striving to hit a jackpot or increase our chances of winning by all means. Considering that slot machines win at random, is there a way of selecting a loose machine, so to speak? I've heard people talk of timing these machines to watch specific results. However, there's the risk of distracting other players or making them uneasy.

I know that some people do watch the slot machines, though I'm not sure how wise that is sometimes, considering that some casinos may consider that cheating, or another player may report them.

Good point but I also think a loose slot machine is one that's the most sought after. A 'loose' machine will definitely get more players to the casino. Have you seen those casinos that claim to have a 98% payout?

Zohan, no I haven't see any casino that claims to have that type of payout. However, I wouldn't be surprised if some casinos say things like that just to reel people in when it's not the truth.

I'm not sure if there's a slot machine with a 98% payout but isn't the range normally from 82% upwards?

All the same, I wouldn't be surprised to have such a machine and to me what matters is that I'm winning in the end.

For instance, a machine with 96.75% payout percentage means that for every $1 that is wagered, the house wins $ 0.0325.
