Sports Fantasy football

Does anyone here get into the fantasy leagues? I've been wanting to try it for a couple years now, but I need to find out what I'm looking for in a good league and what kind of research I need to do in order to have a reasonable shot at winning something.

I have never given much thought to fantasy football though I hear that you can win quite a sum here. I know it is very interesting playing, but I have never had someone to take me through. My belief is that you have to understand almost all football leagues and their modus operandi.

I play it regularly, the best thing to do is to sign up for the official premier league version. It's free and easy to play. As you play it, you'll become more familiar with how things work and which players are best. As it's free there's nothing to lose.

I play Fantasy Football with my co-workers every fall. The one thing that I've noticed that novice players mess up on is that they ignore the draft positions. They end up picking their best player first and putting him in a position when he should have been placed somewhere else at a different time.
