Roulette Does the dealer decide the outcome?

Roulette has all to do with picking the winning number that appears on the wheel. The dealer keeps the wheel moving and determines when to call out "no more bets" for those players who place bets when the ball is in motion. In light of this, does an excellent dealer make it even harder to win?

I think they do that because the slower the wheel, the "easier" it is to guess when are where it will stop. So I guess the answer is yes.

Basically it is possible on some wheels, but unrealistic and wont happen. But a dealer can at least deliberately spin consistently to make winning easier for specific players. This is called collusion and its something casino surveillance looks out for.
