Casinos Dealer mistakes?

One of the things I like about casinos over online gambling is the social side. Human dealers do make mistakes sometimes though, passing out the wrong chips or hitting when they should have stood. Has this ever happened to you?

I wasn't lucky enough for the casino to let it stand when the dealer hit on eighteen and bust, and I still think they should have paid out. If he'd hit a three, they wouldn't have nulled the hand. Anything like that happen to you?

The social side is a good thing and too bad that this can never be replicated online. I only go online whenever I don't have the ability to go to a brick and mortar casino. I've never experience any such mistake from a dealer.

The human side is definitely a plus and I'm only forced to play online when I can't access a B&M. I'm not sure how I'd handle a dealer mistake if (at all) it affected the game's outcome to a great extent. How are such mistakes normally handled?

Wow, I have never seen a dealer make a mistake that was obvious to me. I must have been drunk or just not paying attention. I would be ecstatic to get a bigger chip than I was supposed to. What a novel idea!

I guess dealers are allowed to make mistakes earlier on in their careers but then it reaches a point where they just have to be truly professional and blunder-free. I also think that these high-establishments don't just go for any dealer; they must meet some minimum conditions.

I have never had a dealer make a mistake in my favor but if I ever did, you can bet I'd be back at his table on my next visit! I think if a dealer makes too many mistakes though he won't be there too long.
