General Casinos Accepting Crypto

How long do you think it will take for casinos to accept cryptocurrencies on a mainstream scale? Not phasing out cash of course, but accepting crypto as an alternate way to pay.

I had this discussion with my friend just the other day and his argument was that this may not happen anytime soon because the whole bitcoin thing and gambling almost operate on the same concept. Again, the fact that this is still at the conceptual stage, in addition to gambling regulations seeking to protect public image, makes this idea sort of far-fetched.
