Keno & Lottery $1 Scratch off or $20 Scratch off

I usually buy the $1 scratch off and occasionally buy a $2 or $5 scratch off. My brother will buy the $20 scratch offs because he says the chances of winning are better and also the dollar amount is higher. I see that but I hate to spend that much on one ticket.
Do you buy the cheap ones or do you splurge for the higher cards?

Little and often is my motto when it comes to the scratchcards. I am just too cautious to splurge on the higher priced ones even though I know they do pay out the bigger prizes!
