I just got done reading an article that says that the S&P 500 is enjoying a year of low volatility, meaning values are not really changing a lot at all, that it hasn't enjoyed since the Kennedy assassination.
A volatile national climate seems to equal more stability in the market. Oddly enough. Could the same be said for us perhaps? We going though a lot ups and downs, changes and drama in our personal lives, yet could those be the times when we could hit it big at the casino?
What do you think? Could there be a correlation here?
