Keno & Lottery Keno for the first time

How many people play Keno? I've never played this one before, but I've been told that it is similar to the lottery. For someone just starting out with this game should you play the "live" version or the "video" version? I don't want to end up losing a ton of money because I don't understand how it is played.

Keno is very similar to the lottery because you have to pick numbers from 1 to 80 and then after all players have placed their bets, they will draw 20 numbers at random. I've played both ways and I like the way it feels to play the "live" version. It's more fun to sit there with other people and see how well you do.

I am also new to Keno and I think I will not be afraid to lose some money provided it is not a huge amount. I had no idea it was like the lottery. What then is the major difference?

I love keno.

It was the first game I ever tried online, so I guess I'll always have a bit of a soft spot for it.

Keno is very simple to play and quite enjoyable. I would say that keno is not just a lottery but rather a combination of lottery and bingo. The biggest thing about keno is you can choose how many numbers you want to choose and multiply your bet.
